Delivery and shipping

We use major international logistics operators and local courier partners to cooperate with delivery. You will be asked to select a shipping method during the checkout process.

Our goal is to always deliver your order within our standard delivery time, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause a delay in delivery.

Here are some of the reasons why delivery may be delayed:

1.Your order was issued during our promotional season.

2. You have ordered more than one product.

3. There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.    


When we dispatch our package to you, further updates may not be tracked with the carrier because your shipment is in transit. Once you get to the next endpoint, it will update. Once shipped from our terminal, it may take several days later to see the movement path of your package.

Our goal is to make sure our customers like our products, but if you want to return them, we will be happy to assist you. Email us directly and we will guide you through the entire process.

You generally receive the shipment tracking number for your ordered product once your order is shipped.

If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number at that time, please check your spam folder in case the email was delivered there. If you still can't find the email, please contact us.
